Most AI startups build new products. Qorelo chose the harder path: getting AI into the systems large enterprises already run on.
The Berlin-based startup just closed a $3.5 million seed round, five months after launch. The funding comes from investors including Antler, caesar., 10x Founders, HPI Ventures, adesso ventures, and Angel Invest.
Qorelo targets SAP transformations, specifically the migration from legacy SAP ECC to S/4HANA. According to the company, its product can move partners through that process up to 45% faster, cutting the time it takes to see real results.
The core problem Qorelo addresses is not a lack of SAP expertise. It is the absence of a system that converts collective knowledge into consistent, traceable outputs. In large transformation programs, requirements get collected across hundreds of workshops, yet the same mapping work often starts from scratch again and again. Talented people spend their time on manual synthesis instead of actual outcomes.
Qorelo acts as an AI colleague for consultants, turning workshop inputs into structured, execution-ready deliverables with full traceability back to the source. Once a migration lands, the platform keeps helping by integrating third-party tools and optimizing toward a modern SAP architecture.
The fresh capital will go toward expanding engineering, product, and growth teams.
